Generic Theater and Core Theatre Ensemble bring the POE [n. proj-ekt] back into Hampton Roads. This ever evolving production has Core's inventive blend of literature, theatre, music and dance. Five actors seamless move from story to story taking the audience further and further into Poe's comedy and darkness. The evening includes performances of The Cask of Amontillado, The Tell-Tale Heart, The Raven, The Pit and the Pendulum and the local debut of The Bells and Anabelle Lee.
