Tidewater Arts Outreach seeks to bring creative, talented performers to institutions so that isolated individuals can take part in artistic experiences designed to uplift, entertain and inspire. These performers and artists will engage their special audiences in music, performing arts, or visual arts experiences. The mission of Tidewater Arts Outreach is to uplift the human spirit by bringing live, quality music and arts experiences to people in Hampton Roads who are in homes, hospitals, shelters, facilities and dependent care programs or otherwise are isolated from society.
