Comment on Facebook CHIP is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that offers a continuum of services tailored to meet the needs of our community’s children, prenatal through age 6, and their families. Our goals are health improvement, reduction of child abuse and neglect, and preparation for success in school. We are proud to have a long history of providing quality services that result in positive, measurable outcomes.
