Comment on Facebook This initiative began with a program originally called Hip-Hop Chess headed by Childrens Author, Lisa Suhay, but has now grown and blossomed into a citywide partnership based at the Lamberts Point Community Center. Partners include: Norfolk Public Schools, Old Dominion University, The Susan Polgar Foundation and with additional support provided by The Virginian-Pilot Newspaper.
