Thank you for choosing to publish your event on NowPlayingVA.org!

Please read our submission guidelines:

• Types of Events: Types of events accepted for publication include, but are not limited to, arts, entertainment, community, and sports events being held in Hampton Roads. All events must be open to the public and Hampton Roads residents must be able to attend in-person. Invitation or member-only events will not be accepted; neither will web-based events such as webinars.
   
• Incomplete Event Information: We are unable to publish events for which incomplete information has been provided. This includes lack of event description, ticket purchasing information, and venue information. Events with information "To Be Announced" will not be published.
   

Location: Events must take place in the Hampton Roads region. This includes the cities and surrounding regions of:

• Turnaround Time: All events are reviewed and approved by NowPlayingVA.org before they are published on the calendar. This process may take up to 3 business days from the time an event is submitted.
   
• Images: A primary event image may be uploaded along with your event listing. Images must be in .JPG format only and be no larger than 1 megabyte. Once received, your image will be formatted for display.
   
• Video: If you would like to submit a video to be displayed with your event listing, click here.
   

NowPlayingVA.org reserves the right to edit, recategorize, revise, reject or cancel any event submission at any time, at its sole discretion. We also reserve the right to edit graphic images for display with submitted events. Questions? Email us at info@nowplayingva.org.
